The Oran Higher School of Biological Sciences aims to constitute a center of reference in higher education, scientific research and technological development in the field of advanced biological sciences, applied towards the economic sector.
ESSBO is the result of the transformation of the Preparatory School into Natural and Life Sciences as set by executive decree n ° 304-17 of October 22, 2017.
Its training objective is initially to provide 2nd cycle students with excellent training in molecular biology, but also in other fields such as bio-engineering, enzymatic engineering, immunotechnology and orthopedic biomechanics. , then to specialize them in these areas.
Overall, this training aims to allow mastery of the theoretical and practical bases of these fine specialties of biology which are provided during theoretical lessons and practical workshops, but also during internships in the laboratory and / or in a company.
