Medical/Hospital
Mahila College Health Care Centre is managed by experienced Medical personnel, including a Lady Medical Officer. Recently, Mahila College has introduced Medical insurance to every student. In addition to this, frequent health camps are organized on the campus by expert doctors from the Silchar Medical College. Laboratories
Mahila College CIL was set up in with the help of the funding received from UGC. The laboratory houses modern and sophisticated instruments like Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS), Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (AAS), and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) among others. CIL's main objective is to give instrumentation support to all the major Science departments of Mahila College. However, the CIL also provides teaching support to the PG and IPP levels of the Science departments.
Sports
Since education is never limited to the four walls of the classroom, therefore games and sports have been an important centre of focus since Mahila College's inception in 1994. Mahila College organizes an Annual Social Meet every year. During this meet, along with the cultural activities, indoor and outdoor sports are also held. Currently, Mahila College is a member of the Inter-University Sports Board of India. So far, various teams have participated in Zonal and All-India University tournaments and have also brought various laurels.
Transport Facility
Although there are state transport bus services in the city, Mahila College also runs eleven buses for the benefit of the students. Adding to this, there are three buses for the staff members of Mahila College for easy transportation from the city to the campus and vice-versa.
